- What is the difference between hydrogen peroxide and carbamide peroxide?
Hydrogen peroxide alone is an effective whitening agent. Carbamide peroxide also an effective whitening agent, contains hydrogen peroxide at a ratio of 1:3. For example, a product with 30% carbamide peroxide has about 10% hydrogen peroxide.
- What is Carbamide peroxide -CH6N2O3 ?
Carbamide peroxide, also known as urea-hydrogen peroxide, is a water-soluble, white crystalline solid compound consisting of hydrogen peroxide and urea. When used as a whitening gel, Carbamide Peroxide penetrates the enamel to reach the discolored molecules inside your tooth. Oxygen molecules from the whitening agent react with the discolored molecules in your teeth, breaking the bonds that hold them together.
- Is it safe for my teeth?
24k Smile Whitening Gel is 100% safe and will NOT damage or harm your tooth enamel. Enamel is considered the hardest tissue in the human body. Our wireless mini LED light system produces a blue energizing light that makes the gel work faster and more effectively.
- Does it work on Veneers or Braces?
You shouldn't use 24k Smile if you have braces, but when they are removed game on!
Unfortunately it won't whiten Veneer, BUT it can be used on the teeth surrounding the veneer.
- Will it cause any Gum or Teeth Sensitivity?
The majority of people who use our Teeth Whitening Systems & follow the treatment instructions, rarely experience sensitivity or discomfort issues. Please note: If you do experience any sensitivity or discomfort, this is only temporary and will become less intense.
- How often should I use 24k Smile?
We recommend using 24k Smile Whitening Kit once a day (10-30min sessions) for 14-21 days straight. Most importantly be Consistent. Then you can use it as needed to maintain your beautiful smile. Be sure to use 24k Smile before any events, outings or trips to arrive with the Best Smile in the building.
- What are the ingredients in the Gel?

- Can my teenager use 24k Smile?
If they all of their Adult teeth, Absolutely. Remember do not use on Braces.
- Can I eat/drink directly after a teeth whitening session?
We recommend waiting 1hr before eating or drinking anything. If possible use 24k Smile before you go to bed, to prevent from eating/drinking after your session.
